Taurus G2C er en kompakt, halvautomatisk pistol med single-action og restrike. Den striker-firede pistol fås med 12+1 kapacitet i 9 mm Luger eller 10+1 kapacitet i .40 S&W.

Key dimensions include a 1.2” width, 5.1” height, 6.3” overall length. All this envelopes a 3.2” long barrel and the aforementioned 12-round or 10-round double-stack magazine. There’s a single-slot Mil-STD 1913 Picatinny accessory rail under the recoil spring housing. The gun has good looks derived from its functionality. For instance, the slide front is cut down some to cut weight and bulk. The back of the slide has diagonal slide serrations. Key controls (magazine release, thumb safety and slide catch) are on the left. Actually, the magazine release is reversible, so it can be on the right too. Thanks to the polymer frame, weight is only 22 ounces.
